COVID 19 Vaccine

Jamestown Emergency Management in cooperation with the Jamestown School Department and the Rhode Island Department of Health will be offering the Pfizer Vaccine to all Jamestown residents, ages 12-16.

Date: May 21, 2021

Time: 4:00 PM-6PM

Location: Melrose School

Please use the links listed below to register your child for both the first and second doses. You must sign with consent as parent or guardian in the registration form. Children cannot self enroll. Parent or guardian must be present when the vaccine is administered. Your child does not have to be a student of the Jamestown School system to be eligible.

COVID-19 UPDATE April 12, 2021

We have completed our local vaccine efforts to provide 600 people with their first vaccine. We will work to provide them with their scheduled second doses over the next four weeks. We WILL NOT have any other first dose vaccine clinics locally.
